STAR e-LIBRARY - Construction Skills Knowledge E-Resources

STAR e-library or referred to “Skills Training & Digital Repository” is the centralised construction skills knowledge resources digital library aimed to connect ABM & CIDB Technlogies (CIDBT) trainers and trainees. This portal store learning materials (e-books, learning slides & practical videos) on list of construction skills training courses offered by ABM and CIDBT that are made available online.

STAR e-library can be used by the trainers as teaching aid during classroom learning session and for trainees as their self-pace study while at home.

Access to the portal is open to registered trainees and trainers of ABM and CIDBT only.
